Don't know what your style is for sure?  No worries, we'll figure that out together!

My services for new home design include 3D CAD drawings of your room(s), assistance with selection of materials (such as tile, fixtures, bedding, art, flooring, wall colors, lighting, etc.) overseeing deliveries and on-site installations, and making sure the design is carried out to completion.

My Designer Fees for the above services are $10 per square foot of each room to be designed.  ​

*If you only need a CAD drawing for your new home interior and wish to forgo any further design assistance, you'll receive copies of your design through email and by print for a fee of $250 per room.
